Edward Hoffman, Ph.D., has been a New York State licensed psychologist for the past twenty
years. An adjunct psychology professor at Yeshiva University, he earned his B.A. from
Cornell University and Master’s degree and Doctorate from the University of Michigan in Ann
Arbor. Dr. Hoffman is a prolific writer and serves on the editorial board of the Journal
of Humanistic Psychology. He is also a member of the International Association of Marriage and Family Counselors.
Dr. Hoffman maintains a private practice in Manhattan, and lectures widely throughout the United States and abroad. He is active in many professional societies including the International Association for Cross-Cultural Psychology (IACCP) and the International Associaton for Relationship Research (IARR). Dr. Hoffman’s most recent foreign speaking venues have included universities and professional societies in Japan and Brazil. As a speaker, Dr. Hoffman is proficient in Spanish and conversant in Hebrew and Portuguese. He and his family live in the New York City area.
